Domestic Shipping
We offer several different postage options depending on your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 pm on the same working day Monday-Friday, otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next working day.
Royal Mail 1st Class – aims to be delivered next working day for letters and parcels but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class – full tracking with signature on delivery. Aims to be delivered next working day for letters and parcels but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive.
Royal Mail Special Delivery – full tracking with signature on delivery. Guaranteed next working day delivery attempted Monday-Saturday.
Courier – for larger or heavier packages we use a range of couriers to get your order to you.
We use recycled packaging wherever possible.
All products are packed securely so as to ensure no damage.
Cancellation
You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours for a full refund provided it has not been dispatched yet.
Returns
- Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, can be returned within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- Any items which are no longer wanted need to be returned at the expense of the customer.
- Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened. If not returned in this condition then the refund may be refused or a partial refund issued.
- Single-use and redeemable codes are not eligible for returns.
